Customer Service Advisor

Location: Crewe

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Hours: 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday)

Acorn by Synergie has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic customer Service Advisor to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service and support. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and chat professional and promptly.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Verify customer documentation.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to client SLAs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance service delivery.
  • Keep up to date with company products, services and policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Proficient in IT, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
