Customer Support technician Job Type: Full-timeMonday-Thursday Friday 9am-5.30pm and Friday – 9am.3pmSalary: £24,000-26,000Work Location: Office based weekly in Crewe. Our client is looking for a technical Support Specialist, within their customer support team, to join their ever friendly and welcoming office environment. About you: Confident dealing with customers at a Senior level from IT Managers, Directors and more.In this role, you will provide expert support to business customers, ensuring seamless management of their mobile connections and any other telecommunications needs or matters.Are you someone with exceptional interpersonal skills? Who thrives in customer service and problem solving? Looking to come away from the call centre environment and conversion diallers? Essential experience: Previous experience in a customer support role in any industry.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple customer queries and prioritise tasks quickly and effectively.Proficiency in using CRM systems and telecom support tools.Able to pick up systems and processes quickly. About them: For over 10 years, our client, has partnered with businesses of all sizes from sole trader to larger scale customers, regarding their mobile, broadband and telephony requirements and connectivity.Due to their continued growth and sales volume, we are looking to recruit someone with an exceptional customer service manner, to manage a variety of support tickets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, handling inquiries related to mobile connections, plans, and services, for both handset, sim only and broadband connections.
  • Assist with new mobile service activations, upgrades, and contract renewals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and account-related issues efficiently.
  • Managing a pipeline of support tickets and liaising with customers within a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance on the best mobile solutions to suit business needs.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure customers are setup within agreed time scales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product developments.
  • Consistently providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Able to handle a heavy and every changing workload.
