Your new role:
FP&A Business Partner is a really important hire for us. You will be responsible for this high profile and key component of the customers experience within the organisation, ensuring best in class performance, financial modelling, identification and implementation of value adding initiatives and customer communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full KPI driven finance business partnering governance and cadence.
- Ability to gain trust and confidence of key stakeholders will be fundamental to success. This will include budgeting and forecasting processes, month end reporting and identifying opportunities and risks.
- Ensure that key stakeholders can easily understand all reporting, inputs and insights, removing ambiguity and driving performance and accountability culture. Focus on fact based forward looking and action based discussions.Â
- Support best in class FP&A team with standardised efficient metrics, accurate automated reporting and a culture of delivering results and change.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation in reporting.
- Lead improvements in project based finance support, capital allocation, LTC/CAC and capex investment. This will include Capex and Opex investments and tracking of returns and success to business cases.Track all success measures, including efficiency within the team driven by automation initiatives and by elimination of non value added work.Â
The individual:
- Â A qualified accountant (or) Significant QBE
- Management Experience
- Demonstrable track record of driving improvement and change in Finance and FP&A processes, leading and lagging KPIs, follow through of implementation of initiatives and tracking of success.
- Self starter and confident
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with strong willed stakeholders, manage conflict and ambiguity at all levels and to influence change.
- Resourceful, tenacious and innovativeÂ
