My client, a well-established company based in Crewe is urgently seeking a skilled individual to join their busy/vibrant team on an interim basis.
Job Spec:
- Process customer orders on SAP
- Raise purchase order on SAP
- Send order for despatch
- Invoice order once goods despatched
- Inform customers if delivery dates change
- Answer phone calls
- Create part codes once trained
- Answer email queries
- Help colleagues with stock enquires
- Any other general admin required ad hoc
Person Spec:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
