About the Role:

Our client, a growing and innovative organisation based in Crewe, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to join a thriving team and contribute to the seamless operation of their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Account Management: Updating customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date personal information. Managing updated mailboxes and communicating with customers post-update.

Card Administration: Ensuring smooth and accurate handling of card-related tasks.

Compliance Checks: Performing thorough checks on insurance, MOT, and tax documents to ensure compliance with legislation. Conducting regular licence checks.

Data Retrieval: Efficiently retrieving and providing data as requested by internal or external stakeholders.

Database Maintenance: Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Internal Communication: Liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows.

General Administrative Duties: Supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
