They are currently seeking a talented Tableau Analyst for a 12-month temporary contract to support their Service Operations team.

Role: Tableau Analyst

Duration: 12 Months (rolling contract)

Location: Crewe (3 days in the office)

Rate: 25.66 ph. - 36.00 ph. Outside ir35

• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing the department's Tableau dashboard offerings to enable data-driven decisions.
• Analysing warranty and technical data reported globally to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Creating efficiencies and automating processes within Tableau to streamline operations.
• Collating and interpreting vast amounts of data, providing insights, and generating management reports for effective decision-making.
• Producing regular ad-hoc reports to support Service Operations decisions as required.
• Communicating with internal customers across various functions to ensure the timely identification and resolution of issues.
• Proficient in data analysis with a strong command of Excel, Business Objects, Tableau, and MS applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering accurate, logical analysis under tight deadlines.
• A self-motivated, positive team player who thrives in collaborative settings but can also work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and visualisation skills to present findings clearly.
• Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Experience with Business Objects and Tableau or other visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with Python and Visual Basic is advantageous.
• Keen understanding of data analysis, and current product knowledge within the automotive sector will be beneficial.
