People Operations Leader
Air Products is searching for a talented and experienced People Operations Leader to join our growing MyHR team!

Do you have a passion for HR and a strong understanding of employment law? Are you a problem-solver with excellent communication skills? If so, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be the focal point of HR in your assigned countries, serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR matters. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and developing innovative solutions to improve the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Resolve complex HR inquiries and escalations, including workplace complaints, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across the full employee lifecycle.
Partner with managers to execute talent action plans and provide guidance on best practices.
Develop expertise in HR tools and systems, including Workday, LearnEx, and Navex.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise (COEs) to improve HR processes.
Champion a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of inclusion and respect.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent local HR qualifications).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with a focus on People Operations (preferably in manufacturing or distribution).
In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulations.
Proven experience with EEO/harassment investigations, workplace complaint resolution, and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday a plus).
Ability to travel within the assigned region.
