Are you a skilled HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise? Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading automotive company, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Crewe on a temporary contract basis for 6 months. This is a fantastic chance to work with a prestigious organisation and make a real impact on their HR operations.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in managing complex employee relations cases, providing support to line managers, and advising on HR policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include analysing people data analytics, developing proactive manager communications, and contributing to HR strategy implementation.

Duties include:

  • Advise recruiting managers on offer proposals for external and internal candidates in line with reward and benefits guidelines, as well as ensuring grading / development programme adherence.
  • Working in partnership with the HR Business Partner, support and advise on the people consequences of implementing organisational change initiatives and restructures, including potential outcomes of redeployment and redundancy.
  • Advise managers on reward plans, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and equality legislation
  • Review people data analytics on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis to identify trends / themes and implement changes to process to create opportunities for improvement. Create line manager communications to help address themes.
  • Build manager capability in effective people management by providing expert HR advice, guidance and coaching on all issues connected to the employment relationship
  • Act as a HR representative on strategic business projects (as appropriate)
  • Act as the key knowledge holder and go to person within the group of Senior HR Advisors on defined topics, by facilitating the transfer of learning to others.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in a fast-paced HR operational role, extensive experience in managing complex employee relations cases, and a thorough knowledge of current UK employment legislation. Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
