Job Title: Aftersales Coordinator

Pay rate: Min 17.19 Max 22.03 PAYE

Duration: Currently until 30/04/2025 - potential for extension on month-on-month basis (covering Sickness)

Location: Pyms Lane, Crewe, CW1 3PL with flexible hybrid working

Shift Patterns: Hybrid 3-4 days on site per week (full time onsite for 1st few weeks) 35 hours per week - 8.30am - 4pm

Role Requirements

  • Complex diary management and co-ordination of meetings, including preparation of agenda and collation of data
  • Working and networking cross functionally, and with colleagues in the VW Group to support department activities
  • Reviewing and prioritising all correspondence, preparing daily schedules and pre reading and approving documentation for review and distribution
  • The ability to write external communication bulletins

About you - Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability and gravitas to engage and influence a broad range of cross functional stakeholders
  • Proactive with outstanding organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Tenacious and resilient with a can-do attitude and a continuous improvement mind-set who thrives on autonomy and has the ability to problem solve
  • A willingness to learn and develop in role, any previous demonstrable experience of this will be advantageous
  • Prior Team Coordination experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • good linguistic skills
