Adecco working in Partnership with Bentley Motors, a leading name in the automotive industry, is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary contract. This is your chance to play an integral role in managing the vehicle fleet and ensuring peak performance for engineering projects!

What You'll Do:As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be at the heart of fleet management, overseeing everything from planning and specifications to usage and disposal. You'll collaborate closely with our engineering teams to guarantee their requirements are met while aligning with overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Vehicle Planning & Specification: Work alongside Technical Project Managers to define vehicle requirements for various projects.
  • Usage Coordination: Maximise vehicle utilisation and optimise transport needs while ensuring security protocols are strictly followed.
  • Maintenance Management: Organise and oversee upkeep and repairs of the vehicle fleet to ensure all vehicles are roadworthy.
  • Fleet Updates: Ensure the fleet is updated in line with project developments and Bentley integration level plans.
  • Workshop Facility Management: Supervise daily operations of the EE Workshop, including bay bookings and maintenance activities.

What We're Looking For:We want someone who is not just a problem solver but also a strong communicator, able to connect across various levels of the organisation. If you have:

  • Advanced knowledge in design, development, and testing
  • Understanding of vehicle roadworthiness and legislative requirements
  • A knack for cross-functional collaboration and influencing colleagues
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance, including risk assessments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
