Our client, a leading provider in their field, is seeking a motivated and proactive Administration Assistant to join their team based in Crewe. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in providing post-sale administration assistance and engaging with customers to ensure exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include submitting after-sales finance applications, completing sales financial documentation accurately, maintaining CRM records, coordinating deliveries and collections, managing customer service inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the office team.

To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be confident in building rapport with customers and stakeholders, as providing outstanding customer service is a crucial aspect of this role. With strong organisational abilities, you will effectively manage office tasks and contribute to fostering and developing strong client relationships.

In return for your hard work and dedication, our client is offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, plus a bonus scheme. Additionally, you will receive 22 days of holiday leave, 8 days of bank holiday leave, and on-site parking. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
