My Client who operate as a North West Regional Contracting Business are seeking to appoint an Experience Construction Background Site Manager for on going and future contracts at a Manufacturing Facility on the Crewe area.
Ideally applicants will be from a Trade background ( Joinery preferred ) and have managed projects including Internal Fit Out.
This is a long term Single site based role and would suit someone within a 10 mile radius of the Facility.
Hours are monday to Friday (Apply online only) and the position is offered on either a Straight Staff role or initial Contract Basis ( Day rate TBC ).
Duties will include, Close Client Interface, Managing day to day works of Direct and Sub-Contract Trades, Health and Safety Procedures. Material's ordering.
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Computer Literate.
