Exciting Opportunity for a Site Manager with a Leading Construction Business in the Northwest!
Sourced Recruitment Group is proud to represent a highly successful construction company in the Northwest, with an impressive annual turnover of £15 million. Specializing in new build construction and residential projects for Registered Providers and private clients, this company has experienced significant growth and is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
This role will involve overseeing a new build project in Crewe which isa block of apartments featuring a steel frame structure. Experience with steel frame construction will be highly beneficial for this project. Following the completion of this project, there will be opportunities to manage additional projects in the area.
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus car allowance and up to 20% bonus based on company performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the new build project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, ensuring everyone is working efficiently and safely.
- Steel Frame Construction: Utilize your experience with steel frame construction to effectively manage this key project.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site operations adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, addressing any issues promptly to maintain the highest standards.
- Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues before they arise and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
