What You'll Be Doing:

? Designing leather-wrapped components using Catia V5? Creating design specifications & engineering drawings? Generating and implementing innovative design solutions? Leading cross-functional design reviews with internal and external partners? Managing external design resources to meet cost, quality & timing goals? Supporting engineering test & validation planning and sign-off? Collaborating with Production, Project, Design, Quality, and Electrical teams

What You Bring to the Table:

? Experience in automotive design & development (OEM or Tier 1)? Proficiency in Catia V5 - able to generate feasible concept designs? Strong problem-solving and project management skills? Ability to lead without direct reports and drive projects forward? Excellent communication and coordination skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

? Knowledge of systems engineering V-model? Financial awareness for cost-effective design solutions? Familiarity with VW systems & processes
