Band 5 Occupational Therapist - OrthopaedicsLocation: Leighton Hospital, CreweHours: 37.5 per week

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team for effective discharge planning.

Requirements:

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist (degree qualified).
