Role Overview:

The Quality Central Planning Specialist will play a crucial role in leading and delivering strategic projects across multiple functions. You will facilitate the development of functional strategies, oversee budget management, and ensure effective communication of quality performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership:

  • Lead and deliver key projects within the Quality function, aligning with broader brand group strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify risks and ensure the achievement of strategic deliverables.

Functional Planning and Budget Management:

  • Manage the functional review process and provide recommendations to the Quality Director.
  • Control forecasting content and secure approval for budget submissions.
  • Evaluate business cases and align headcount requests with approved financial budgets.

Delivery of Control Plans:

  • Design and execute tests in compliance with control plans and technical standards.
  • Coordinate with external test facilities to validate compliance with type approval requirements.

KPI Development and Risk Management:

  • Lead the functional risk management process and report on KPIs at all levels.
  • Act as a key contact for brand group strategies and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • Proven experience operating at a managerial or strategic level, with a strong background in project management.
  • Familiarity with technical approvals, emissions legislation, and financial data analysis.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and planning strategies.

Communication:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • German language proficiency is preferable.

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
