Job Title: Product Line Coordinator

Pay rate: £23.00 - £25.00 per hour PAYE

Duration: 6 months + extensions

Working hours: Mon - Fri Bentley core hours - 9.30-2.30 to be covered

Location: Pyms Lane, Crewe, CW1 3PL

Hybrid: 3 days per week on site 2 days' work from home

Start date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

As the Product Line Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Product Line team by:

Office Coordination:

  • Arrange meetings, events, and cross-functional reviews.
  • Attend senior management strategy events, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up.
  • Maintain project statuses, highlighting any potential risks or opportunities.
  • Make informed decisions on routine matters to keep the Product Line Team on track.
  • Create and manage regular reports and databases.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of Product Line information.
  • Support Module Leaders with data and analysis during meetings, following up on agreed actions.
  • Coordinate data to aid in departmental planning and project management.
  • Track and analyse project expenditure, providing insights for improvement.
  • Identify issues or risks affecting project operations and recommend solutions.
  • Project Work/Continuous Improvement:
  • Conduct data analysis on processes and costs to recommend enhancements.
  • Support various project engagement activities as needed.

Experience and skills:

  • Demonstrable experience of strong communication and influencing skills
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven analytical and organisational capability
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of PEP, Module/matrix working and deliverables of core business functions
  • Working knowledge of SAP desirable
