Were looking for a Project Manager to join a fantastic automotive business who are on a significant growth journey. They are masters in their field and are all about technical innovation and creating a seamless customer experience. Theyre looking for a Project Manager to join their Operations/Maintenance team who'll beaccountable for steering projects to successful outcomes against agreed deliverables and goals and support their growth programme. We're looking for people with:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Project Management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to negotiate compromise between stakeholders with competing needs and priorities.
Plus, experience in:
- Coordinatinginternal resources and third parties for successful execution of projects.
- Ensuringprojects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Facilitatingthe definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Developing project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Steering projects to a successful outcome by managing Tasks, Risks, Issues and Dependencies.
- Managingchanges to project scope / schedule / cost, ensuring appropriate buy in and agreement is secured before reflecting the change in the project.
- Reporting to stakeholders and escalate issues as appropriate.
