Our client based in Crewe are looking to on-board a temporary Data & Purchasing Administrator to join their team. In this role you will support the operation of the purchasing systems, analyse data and supply management reporting to the management team. This role requires someone with strong administrative and data skills. In return our client offers a fantastic working environment and a supportive team. This role will be working 26 hours per week.

Duties:

  • Operating the purchase system and support managers with purchase order approvals
  • Create and operate controls to track the progress and any delays within these systems
  • Maintain information to ensure timely tender processes and contract renewals
  • Support full compliance with the operating guidelines
  • Communicate any changes to the operating guidelines and their application to Logistics
  • Collate and analyse data from systems for producing management reports and analytical charts
  • Produce additional requested data and analysis on an ad-hoc basis

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of relevant administration experience
  • Data analysis experience would be advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
