Internal Recruitment Consultant Crewe / Hybrid Up to £30,000 dependant on experience PermanentOur client who are a market leader in their field, providing a range of specialised services and support across the nation are seeking to find their next Internal Recruiter.A quality driven firm with their staff and customers being at the heart of everything that they do, embracing innovative technology solutions – strive to make them a great place to work.The role of the Internal Recruitment Consultant will be to resource candidates for vacant positions within the Group using various methods to ensure an offer of employment to a suitable candidate within a specified time to hire equivalent to the notice period for the role. To ensure that hiring managers time spend on the recruitment process is minimised by resourcing to a specific model.Duties to include:
  • Provide Recruitment Advice to hiring managers, supporting them throughout the recruitment process, providing market information to support continual growth.
  • Write engaging adverts and social media posts to attract a talent pool to apply for open vacancies and to build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Utilise the Recruitment ATS system, advertising, completing in depth notes, responding to all applications in a timely manner to ensure every candidate receives an email of rejection or progression.
  • Completing first stage telephone interviews providing candidates with relevant information regarding the role and the recruitment and selection process.
  • Giving constructive feedback to every interviewed candidate within a suitable timeframe.
  • Keep the Group Recruitment Manager updated with any potential costs to the Group Recruitment budget.
  • Manage the candidate experience and ensure that it is a positive one.
  • Ensure candidates receive courtesy calls before and after each interview stage. Providing preparation, guidance, and all information both in writing and over the phone.
  • Ensure that all employment contracts, offers, and other documentation are accurate and sent within 24 hours of making a verbal offer to the successful candidate.
  • Complete candidate searches to identify ‘golden’ candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
  • Ad-hoc projects as allocated.
In order to be considered for this role:
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of candidate attraction methods
  • Experience working with web based ATS systems and national job boards.
  • Ideally previous experience working within an employment agency or internal recruitment role.
  • An understanding of a recruitment and selection process
  • Drive direct recruitment in order to reduce costs.
  • Be self-motivated and driven.
  • Shares knowledge and best practice with the team
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Be self-motivated.
