Role:-

To ensure the H&S compliance of clients across a wide range of industries.

A mixture of field and office-based work carrying out site inspections, document audits, report writing and assisting clients with action plans to achieve H&S compliance.

Required to provide a support mechanism for compliance and sound safety advice.

Assist in the creation of online content by providing knowledge to the marketing and sales functions for content and blogs.

Responsibilities:-

Manage your own workload within the appropriate time scales.

Review current arrangements for clients and work to improve the H&S compliance.

Develop robust management systems for clients

Carry out accident/incident reports on behalf of the client.

Develop close working relationships with clients

Opportunity:-

You will be the first employed member of the H&S team.

You will be responsible for creation of the client journey from onboarding onwards and creating key contact points.

You will have the ability to create a more extensive document bank.

You will have the opportunity to create a foundation upon which the H&S function and team can grow and develop.

It would be preferred that you could assist in growing the client base by attending networking meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:-

NEBOSH certification

Other certifications beneficial

2-4 years experience in a H&S role, consultancy based preferred

Excellent knowledge of statutory H&S compliance, current legislation and standards.

Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

Customer focused.

Current driving licence

Strong attention to detail and a positive approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

DBS check may be required
