- Set and operate CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components
- Program or partially program CNC machines as needed
- Monitor and optimize machine performance, taking corrective action where necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with production teams to achieve performance targets
- Previous experience as a CNC Setter
- Ability to set CNC machines within tight tolerances
- Experience with CNC programming or partial programming
- A track record of success in a similar role
