Customer Service Representative - Crewkerne

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a new member to join their client's Customer Service team. At this established company, they produce top-quality products for their customers. And we need an enthusiastic individual to be the main point of contact for all customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative who takes pride in their work, and strives to provide the best service to their valued customers. With their fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will not only be dealing with purchase and sales orders from all customers but you will also have the opportunity to work closely with the production team. If you are a proactive and energetic individual with a positive attitude, then we want you to be a part of our growing team.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle purchase and sales orders from all customers
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inhouse sales order processing tracking system
- Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries relating to orders and deliveries
- Provide regular updates to customers with the progress of their orders
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients

Qualifications and experience:

- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and exceptional problem-solving skills
