The firm places great emphasis on clear communication, client relationships, and active involvement in the local community across Devon and Somerset. Just as important is your ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development. A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional travel between offices may be required. The firm has grown quickly in recent years, thanks to a major merger, a new office in 2024, and some well-deserved partner promotions.
