The business is a classic coaching inn with a contemporary twist, 13 guest rooms, restaurant, ale bar and function room.
The Ideal Candidates should have:
- Great presence and an infectious personality.
- Strong leadership skills, be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering their team.
- Experience in running busy operations and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
- A strong financial background and proven experience in delivering business growth and working to budgets.
- The ability to operate a kitchen (including relevant cooking experience)
