Job Description:

They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join their team based between Durham and Bishop Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for their Field Service Engineers, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for Field Service Engineers.
  • Communicate with clients to arrange service appointments.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent requests and changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of service appointments and engineer availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
