This is a part-time role working circa 21 hours per week. You will receive a salary of £14.00 per hour, rising to £15.00 per hour following the successful completion of a probationary period.
What youll do as Support Worker:
Your duties will include supporting with personal care, social and leisure activities, completing detailed notes, observations and rehabilitation activities.

Were looking for a Rehabilitation Support Assistant with:
- A valid UK driving licence and car ownership is preferable.
- You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or have equivalent experience e.g., completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course) or be willing to achieve this in your first year of employment if you do not currently hold a relevant qualification.
