Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Crosby, Liverpool

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions, from instruction through to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring all transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties involved in property transactions.
- Prepare and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage transactions to meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering the best possible client experience.
- Offer a high standard of client care, communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by adhering to internal processes and providing business development support where appropriate.
Requirements:
- The candidate will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years property experience in a reputable law firm.
- The candidate will also be proficient in the legal aspects relating to all aspects of residential property law.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage their workload effectively under pressure.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and have an ability to work both independently and as part of the team.
- The candidate will have the ability to demonstrate a high degree of Residential Conveyancing awareness and will have an ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
