A truly amazing opportunity has arisen for a leading care provider based in the Crowborough area. Due to expanse they are looking for a Care Manager to join their team.
The company is still quite young, however, they have big plans to grow and develop so now is the opportune time to join them, as you will play a key part in the organisation.

Care Manager (registered and non registered)Deputy Care ManagerSenior Care Coordinator
All candidates will ideally have a minimum level 3 in health & social care.
Duties will include:
- Marketing and business growth/development
- CQC compliance
- Internal auditing
- Liaising with external agencies, including CQC, medical professionals and client's family members
- Recruitment, training, and retention of staff
- Supervisions
- Referral, and assessment management
- Attending client and supplier meetings
- Care and Support planning

Salary for the role is likely to be around £35,000 - £40,000 plus great benefits and career opportunities.
