A manufacturer of life-safety systems in Crowborough is seeking a PCB Design Engineer to join their R+D team.
The role involves working on both new product introduction (NPI) projects and improving legacy products.
Candidates should have approximately 5 years of experience in PCB design, preferably with Altium, and knowledge of electronic systems and EMC/LVD standards.
The position offers a salary of up to £55,000 along with benefits such as private medical and a profit-related bonus.
There is also flexibility to work from home twice a week after probation, and good communication skills are essential due to occasional customer-facing work.

One of my clients in Crowborough, a manufacturer of life-safety systems, is looking to add a PCB Design Engineer to their multi-disciplinary R+D team, where you'll work on a mix of NPI projects as well as maintaining/improving legacy products. There will sometimes be an element of customer-facing work (10-20% of the role, not very often), so great communication skills are also essential.

What we're looking for:c. 5 years+ experience with PCB design (Altium preferred)Knowledge of electronic systems, and design for EMC/LVD standards.

On offer is a salary up to £55,000 + benefits, including Christmas shutdown, private medical, 2.5x death in service, profit-related bonus, and early finishes on Friday. After probation, there will also be flexibility to work from home on average of twice per week.
