Finance Manager - Permanent - Crowborough (hybrid) - £50-55k
I have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a well-established market leading SME based in Crowborough. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will manage a small team in this pivotal role. Benefits include: 25 days holiday and hybrid working (3 days in the office per week).
This is a newly created Finance Manager role due to the continued growth of the business, where you will be responsible for financial and management accounts production. The position will have a strong focus on systems & process improvement whilst managing and developing the small team.

- Month-end process
- Review of financial results inc. variance analysis
- Line management of staff
- Assist with audit requirements
- Balance Sheet reconciliations and analysis
