Site Manager - Development/Housing

We are currently working with a privately owned Housing Developer/Contractor, that operate across the North Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire areas on both new build & development work, within the spec & social housing arenas.

Due to an increase in work, an experienced Site Manager is required to oversee a 50+ unit site in the North Cambridgeshire area. Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an on time and to date completion, by way of following program and supported by stand alone Technical & Commercial departments, that all pull together as you would expect.

The company itself is a privately owned Developer/Contractor that has been in business for some 10 years, with plans in place to grow the business to become a Regional House Builder/Developer.
