Service Administrator

Location: Crowthorne

Salary: £27,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

My client based in Crowthorne is looking for an Administrator to come on board and join their small friendly team. You will be working as part of a team responsible for ensuring their clients receive industry leading levels of service when experiencing equipment failure.

Duties:

Raising service calls via Phone and Email

Dealing with detailed queries from specific client accounts

Providing timely and accurate quotations

Working with client portals

Raising client invoices, ensuring they are timely and accurate

Liaising with scheduling to ensure the business meets its SLA

Chasing outstanding parts on the clients behalf

Taking responsibility for one or more dedicated clients

Escalating operational issues to Office Manager

Working with finance and other departments within the business as necessary

Skills:

Great telephone manner

Able to work under pressure and juggle many things at the same time

Experienced in MS Office systems
