Company Bookkeeper, £30k - £40k (pro-rata if part time), Remote/Hybrid, Crowthorne

This is a permanent position which will suit someone working either full-time or part-time 25-30 hours per week. This role will be worked hybrid/remotely*, but candidates will need to live within a maximum 30-40 minute commuting radius of Crowthorne as they will occasionally be required to meet with the client on-site and also (but less occasionally) engage in some locally based off-site activities. Applications from candidates living outside of this area will not be considered.

Working for a busy and rapidly growing events company, this is an all-round role that will suit someone with experience of the following:

Day to day Bookkeeping

Run the monthly Profit & Loss accounts

Annual budgets with CEOMonthly analysis of actual against targets with CEOManaging payment of payroll and contractorsRaising invoices & credit notes, making supplier payments

Credit control

Preparing VAT returns

Running the staff expense systems

Ensuring utility bills are paid timely and accuratelySupporting role in valuing properties with third parties and recoding value of inventoryProcessing share certificates for investors
