The role:

Working in a 80 bedded Nursing home.24-36 hours a week.Assist the Head Chef in creating dishes which are balanced and suitable for special diets.Cater for special occasions within the home.Good awareness of stock levels and purchasing.Good understanding of due diligence procedures and monitoring of equipment.Be flexible with regards to dutiesDBS will be required for this role, client will pay for the DBS check.
