Engineering Manager Role

You will need to have experience managing a team,
You will need to have had responsibility managing budgets
Proven examples of where you have made continuous improvements in your current/previous roles.
Hold academic qualifications to support the role (mechanical, electrical, control skills), MEWP/FLT/IPAF, Six Sigma/5S/Kasien and IOSH/NEBOSH. Finally, communication skills in English and IT literacy are essential as well as strong work ethic and positive attitude.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK.
