Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service through regular online and in-person touchpoints.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand existing client portfolios and contribute to business development across the various TC Group service lines.
  • Overseeing portfolio finances, including driving monthly billing targets, improving recoveries, managing debt collection, and forecasting.
  • Preparing management accounts in Xero and Fathom.
  • Reviewing statutory accounts.
  • Assisting in office management, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Identifying and facilitating training and development needs for the team.
  • Escalating development issues and progression requirements to senior management.

What are we looking for?

  • 5 years experience within an accountancy practice.
  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
