Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service through regular online and in-person touchpoints.
- Identifying opportunities to expand existing client portfolios and contribute to business development across the various TC Group service lines.
- Overseeing portfolio finances, including driving monthly billing targets, improving recoveries, managing debt collection, and forecasting.
- Preparing management accounts in Xero and Fathom.
- Reviewing statutory accounts.
- Assisting in office management, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
- Identifying and facilitating training and development needs for the team.
- Escalating development issues and progression requirements to senior management.
What are we looking for?
- 5 years experience within an accountancy practice.
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
