An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected business with offices close to East Croydon station. Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small but vibrant team.
We are looking for an eager individual with a positive and proactive nature that can hit the ground running and add value to day to day financial goals.
Typical responsibilities incliude:
- Coding purchase ledger invoices and expense claims
- Inputting invoices and expense claims
- Payment runs
- Allocating cash receipts
- Supplier statement reconciliations
The key requirements are:
- A stable background with a minimum of 2 years purchase ledger experience
- Confident, organised and hardworking nature
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Sage beneficial
