We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager (Ticketing )to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Croydon office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, proven leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the branch, including travel bookings, currency exchange, and customer service.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of travel consultants and staff to achieve branch targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer retention.
Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze branch performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Oversee cash handling and financial transactions related to currency exchange.
Stay updated on travel trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
