We are working with a company that specialises in pensions and financial planning for creative professionals, including actors, musicians, and performers, ranging from students to household names. They are seeking a dedicated professional to support their Group Personal Pension (GPP) schemes and engage with members who are looking for advice on areas such as investments and retirement planning.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a fascinating client base while directly contributing to business growth through member engagement and support. You will be the first point of contact for GPP members, providing clear and accurate information about their pension plans and related financial services. Additionally, you will assist financial planners by preparing documentation, suitability assessments, and managing administrative tasks to ensure a seamless experience for members seeking advice. You will also play a key role in identifying and encouraging leads within the GPP member base, coordinating webinars, workshops, and outreach campaigns to educate members about the value of financial planning services.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. A commitment to achieving Level 4 Diploma certification is essential. You should also possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in CRM systems.
In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000, with the opportunity to earn bonuses through a structured incentive scheme (OTE up to £50,000).
