Sous Chef - Chef de Partie

Sous Chef or Chef de Partie (live in available) required for our client, a restaurant with wedding / function / events space, opening this month in the Croydon area.

As Sous Chef / Chef de Partie the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience. You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. This role will require that you work week-ends. Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed.

The role of Sous Chef / Chef de Partie will require you to assist the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. This is a hands-on role using fresh produce and requires good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.

The salary for this opportunity of Chef de Partie, Sous Chef is given as up competitive. Live in available.
