A Sous Chef or Chef de Partie is needed for a new restaurant in the Croydon area that specializes in weddings and events.
The ideal candidate should have previous restaurant and banqueting experience, along with a passion for their work.
This position requires weekend work, as the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The role involves assisting the Head Chef with service delivery and maintaining kitchen standards, including health and safety and cost control.

Sous Chef or Chef de Partie (live in available) required for our client, a restaurant with wedding / function / events space, opening this month in the Croydon area.

As Sous Chef / Chef de Partie the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience. You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. This role will require that you work week-ends. Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed.

The role of Sous Chef / Chef de Partie will require you to assist the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. This is a hands-on role using fresh produce and requires good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.

The salary for this opportunity of Chef de Partie, Sous Chef is given as up competitive. Live in available.
