We're Hiring: Full-Time Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Are you a dedicated and passionate childcare professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Full-Time Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team, working across the Baby Room to Pre-School Room to provide outstanding care and learning experiences for children.

Salary: £28,000 - £29,396 per annum

Your Role as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

• Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years

• Work flexibly across the Baby Room to Pre-School Room, supporting children's individual development needs

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times

• Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring they reach their full potential

What We're Looking For:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and best childcare practices

• A warm, caring, and patient nature

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different age groups
