About the role of Commercial Manager
This is a good opportunity to join a London citric developer who work on multi-phase residential projects across London with an your project in South London made up of 900 units of private and affordable homes and landscaping. The project will run for approx 6 years and is currently in early stages.
Requirements for Commercial Manager:
You will be responsible for the planning, procurement administration and delivery of this project ensuring the commercial success, through cost planning and financial control from procurement. You will be a team player who is highly organised and career minded
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- ability to deal with stakeholders and subcontractors
- Proven track record with developer or main contractor on major projects
- cradle to grave delivery
