My client a Top tier developer is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to lead one of the flagship schemes in South London which is a major consisting of a 1000 units on a large brown field site.
Set across a couple of phases the commercial lead will be managing a team and pushing the scheme forward.
Essential
路 Exceptional and proven leadership experience and skills.
路 Ability to communicate across all levels both internally and externally, both written and verbally.
路 Demonstrate the ability to work dynamically and overcome potentially unforeseen situations solving problems swiftly and efficiently.
路 Fantastic knowledge of all areas of budgeting/forecasting, procurement, and Contract Administration.
路 Clear understanding of what good looks like, best value and the ability to control costs throughout all areas of the development process.
路 Have strong supply chain relationships and influence
路 Credible, and influential in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders
Desirable
路 Proven track record with a London based Developer or Main Contractor.
路 Experience of mid/high rise, traditional and P/T, concrete frame residential construction with both onsite and offsite manufacture techniques.
路 Experience in complex projects with overlapping phases and critical paths.
路 Received/been involved in award winning construction projects.
Experience
路 To have worked at a sufficient level of a medium or large construction company/developer.
路 Have good experience in the residential & main contractor sector demonstrating stable employment history.
路 The person will need to have had experience in cradle to grave delivery working through the full production cycle
