Job Title: Senior Property Services Officer - Repairs

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, efficient, and compliant administration service for the repairs team.
- Oversee repairs contracts and contractor data to ensure excellent service delivery and value for money.
- Manage Work in Progress to meet service-level agreements (SLA's).
- Lead contractor performance meetings, including high-profile and overdue job reviews.
- Provide monthly KPI data and reports to the Asset Manager and Leadership Team.
- Act as the escalation point for customer and external organisation queries.
- Investigate and respond to Stage 1 complaints, ensuring feedback is incorporated into future practices.
- Drive the use of the housing management system (CX) and implement new processes to maximise its potential.
- Represent the organisation externally as a provider of quality property services.
- Ensure new developments are accurately set up in the asset management system, with correct contracts and defect arrangements.
- Conduct due diligence on repairs contractors and their sub-contractors, ensuring compliance and competency.
- Collaborate with surveyors and contractors to schedule resident appointments.
Skills and Qualities:
- Proven experience in repairs or a related property services field
- Technical knowledge of repairs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Contract management experience
- A dynamic and customer focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle customer escalations and complaints with professionalism and empathy
