Are you passionate about delivering exceptional property services? We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Officer - Repairs specialist to lead and support our dynamic team in Croydon. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality, efficient, and compliant administration service for the repairs team.
  • Oversee repairs contracts and contractor data to ensure excellent service delivery and value for money.
  • Manage Work in Progress to meet service-level agreements (SLA's).
  • Lead contractor performance meetings, including high-profile and overdue job reviews.
  • Provide monthly KPI data and reports to the Asset Manager and Leadership Team.
  • Act as the escalation point for customer and external organisation queries.
  • Investigate and respond to Stage 1 complaints, ensuring feedback is incorporated into future practices.
  • Drive the use of the housing management system (CX) and implement new processes to maximise its potential.
  • Represent the organisation externally as a provider of quality property services.
  • Ensure new developments are accurately set up in the asset management system, with correct contracts and defect arrangements.
  • Conduct due diligence on repairs contractors and their sub-contractors, ensuring compliance and competency.
  • Collaborate with surveyors and contractors to schedule resident appointments.
