Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking public sector organisation, is seeking two Systems Training Officers to join their team. As a Systems Training Officer, you will play an essential role in assisting services to maximise the effectiveness of their line of business applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare course curriculum, agenda, and training resources for formal and informal training sessions.
  • Develop training materials, online resources, and videos to support ongoing learning and process mapping.
  • Drive systems use and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide classroom-based training or one-to-one coaching based on training needs.
  • Report regularly on training progress and coverage to target future sessions effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings for resident training.
