Customer Service Advisor

Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor for a leading accident repair centre.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out customers follow up and prospecting activities coordinated with the Bodyshop
• Manager to maximise financial opportunities.
• Ensure that all customers and visitors are greeted both personally, via email and phone in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
• Assist the Bodyshop and all other Bodyshop advisers
• Ensure all customer databases are kept up to date and GDPR data is correctly input.
• Assist with the effective running of promotions
• Answer and deal with calls and emails in a prompt and efficient manner
• Receive customer bookings plan onward travel requirements, offering customer courtesy car option, courtesy transport or collection and delivery facilities.
• Ensure adequate insurance cover is in place for all loan vehicles.
• Update and manage the customers expectations during the booking process.
• Update all Customers during the repair of their vehicles
• Maintain customer updates on all Bodyshop management systems
• Maintain contact with all internal business daily where updates are required.

Key Requirements:

• Have experience of working in a customer service position.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
