An international removals business are in search of a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team
Location: Croydon, London
Responsibilities:
This will be a client facing role, so strong customer service is essential
- Assisting with customer calls and dealing with any questions or queries
- Processing new leads and sending out quotes
- Raising customer invoices
- Assisting with any custom forms
- Obtaining any documents required for compliance purposes
- Applying invoices to the system
- Ad-hoc duties
Your Experience:
Strong customer service skills with experience working in a similar office environment
