WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR TO WORK FOR OUR CROYDON BASED CLIENT.

THIS IS A VARIED ROLE, AND YOU WILL BE WORKING IN THE OFFICE EVERYDAY 10.30-2PM MON-FRI WITH THE OPTION TO 4 DAYS ONCE ONBOARDED.

This role involves liaising with teams to improve service delivery, identifying recurring customer concerns , supporting equality and diversity, and inclusion initiatives, and assisting in proficiency and the ability to handle situations, professionally.

  • To act as the first point of contact for customer queries and external organisations
  • Daily use of CRM management system and keep it up to date and maintained with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Meet and greet customers.
  • Monitor customer Email and reply within SLA timescales.
  • Support the customer service team.
  • Log work and maintenance that needs to be carried out.
  • Keep customers up to date with work and schedules.
  • General administration duties, including compliance and GDPR for business processes.
  • Manage and respond to complaints in a polite and professional manner.
  • You will have excellent customer service skills.
  • A team member who uses initiative.
  • IT Literate with EXCEL.
